TW Network the new division of ADR Network began commencing the supply of industrial warehouse personnel, to NFT, in October 2008.  While NFT has a real strategic partnership with ADR Network which is well established within our business, TW Network was a new venture and we needed to be sure of their ability to maintain supply in our new operation, with ever changing requirements.
	I decided to undertake some “due diligence” by meeting Dawn Turbitt and a member of her team together with Andrew Waldron. A number of meetings gave me reassurance that they appreciated our operational requirements & valued our business, while also ensuring TW Network’s internal processes could provide a high standard of reliable agency temporary staff.
	I am pleased to say that TW Network have carried over the standards we have come to expect from ADR Network.  There has been 100% supply fulfilment and many of the temporary staff provided could be offered permanent roles with NFT, should we take that direction.  Most pleasing, and in keeping with the ADR Network model, was that TW Network made intellectual contributions to a range of operational issues and certainly 'owned' the problems of labour supply during a start up.
	I would recommend them moving forward.
